Tips to be happy

It all depends on a person whether he wants to be happy or unhappy. The mythology talks about control over "Indriyas". If one is able to enough to control his / her emotions - happiness doesn't remain too far. Though it is a difficult sort of task, but it is possible to gain control over one's self and be happy :)

Here are some tips to be happy:

1. Say what you like, do what you like

2. Keep your reactions in front of your eyes before doing any task

3. Before starting any kind of effort, ask yourself "Will it make me happy"

4. Keep smiling in even odd conditions and see your face in the mirror

5. Read something, cultivate a reading habit

6. Spare some time to do what you like, just for the sake of your liking
