Tips to be happy

It all depends on a person whether he wants to be happy or unhappy. The mythology talks about control over "Indriyas". If one is able to enough to control his / her emotions - happiness doesn't remain too far. Though it is a difficult sort of task, but it is possible to gain control over one's self and be happy :)

Here are some tips to be happy:

1. Say what you like, do what you like

2. Keep your reactions in front of your eyes before doing any task

3. Before starting any kind of effort, ask yourself "Will it make me happy"

4. Keep smiling in even odd conditions and see your face in the mirror

5. Read something, cultivate a reading habit

6. Spare some time to do what you like, just for the sake of your liking

Netslingers Updates: "The secret of life is…

By Andy | January 17, 2008

Here is something I got from one of my subscribers, Cheryl, that I thought I’d answer here because it applies to many people.

She said, “Yes, you make it all sound so simple.”

“I need someone else to help me work with programs on the Internet as I am finding it too strenuous to cope with three programs, and everything else that I have to fit in. So, I might advertise for an experienced internet marketer, what do you think?”

Good question, Cheryl. Before I answer your question though, I have to tell you something" read complete post

Helping You Hit Your Financial Bullseye | Joel Block's Blog: "Growing Your Business: What Gets You In Takes You Out

A friend recently shared a pearl of wisdom that he learned from his father many years ago: What gets you in can take you out. If you compete on price, price can knock you out, while if you compete on quality, the competition has to beat you on quality - and that's a much tougher task.

An example can be found in the food business - a mature industry. Food manufacturers frequently compete on price because the differences between their products are difficult to distinguish, let alone describe." read complete post

But if your goal is to have great numbers of people pay money in order to read what you write, that’s a whole other universe. Most people would say they only want to write for themselves, when what they really want is to be famous for the quality of their thoughts and the charm with which they’re expressed.
